These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using Bord (the "App"). Anyone using the App (a "User") agrees to these Terms.
These Terms apply to the App and related features and support provided by us. Apple's applicable terms also apply to use of the App through the App Store.
The App manages meal journals, Photos and Live Photos, albums, and shared journals. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App for maintenance, improvements, security, or legal compliance.
The App does not require a separate App account. iCloud synchronization and sharing require the User to be signed in to iCloud with an Apple Account. Users are responsible for managing their devices, Apple Accounts, and iCloud settings.
Rights in journals, Photos and Live Photos, profiles, and other information entered, captured, or selected by a User ("User Data") remain with the User or rightful owner. Users must obtain any rights or consent needed before storing or sharing User Data.
We handle User Data only as needed to provide the App, synchronization, sharing, notifications, and support.
Notifications and widget displays or updates may be delayed or unavailable because of device conditions, network connectivity, permissions, or Apple specifications.
Bord Premium features, price, duration, free-trial availability, and renewal terms are governed by the purchase screen or App Store listing. Purchases are made through App Store in-app purchases and billed to the User's Apple Account.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew until cancelled in Apple Account settings. Purchase confirmation, cancellation, plan changes, and refunds follow Apple's procedures and cannot be changed directly by us.
